By making any purchase, you agree to all terms and conditions.

All items are of my original design and/or handmade by me unless otherwise stated. I do my best to create items of high quality. There may be slight imperfections (i.e. sizing, measurements) in all handcrafted products.

Disclaimers and any special maintenance specific to a certain product will be mentioned in the product listing. I am not responsible for quality issues you may have for products with disclaimers or damage from mishandling or improper care pertaining to products with special care instructions.

My customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 11am-6pm. I am not required to answer any emails or direct messages (via Twitter or Instagram) regarding business outside of those hours.

I do not issue refunds (with the exception of "return to sender" packages mentioned below). If your package is lost, missing, or damaged, I am not responsible after they leave my facility. Please contact your local postal service with those concerns. If you have an issue with quality, please contact me with your concerns. An exchange may be made of equal or lesser value or partial store credit can be issued, only after contacting me within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return postage, and your exchange product will be sent (with free shipping) or your store credit will be issued after the original product is received in original condition.

If your package is returned to me due to client error (i.e. incorrect name, address, etc.), you must pay for additional postage before it can be sent out a second time. If you do not wish to pay shipping, a refund or store credit can be issued instead, minus shipping costs.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or charges that may occur when your package arrives.

Please remember my crafted jewelry pieces are considered fashion jewelry. Tarnishing and color change is natural and should be expected. Reference the care card included, or visit the Care & Maintenance page for more detailed information, to help prevent, reduce, and/or delay tarnishing or color change. I am not responsible for damages due to poor care or handling.

I use hypoallergenic materials. Everything is made in a pet-friendly home.

I reserve the right to refuse business to any client or customer.
